Corporate Party
In the past 10 years we had the opportunity to gain experience in planning multiple unique corporate parties in Eindhoven (and other cities). For a corporate party, we make use of partner locations. In addition, we rent out empty spaces and turn them into a suitable and tailor-made party location. Of course, we can also arrange a corporate party at your own preferred location.
In case you desire a themed party, these are some of the options we provide:
- Casino Royal Party. Play Blackjack and Poker while enjoying a 3 course meal.
- Holland Party. Experience Dutch culture and taste various delicacies during a unique Holland Party.
- Halloween Party. Dress up as your favorite character and impress your colleagues!
- Christmas Party. A great option during the holiday season, share and spread the christmas joy with your colleagues!
- 80’s / 90’s Party. Go back in time and experience the glory of the 80’s and the 90’s.
- Masquerade Ball. Mysterious, fun and classy. For those who wish to go all out!
- Foodtruck Summer Party. Enjoy a laid-back summer party and watch the sun go down while you sit by a bonfire!
- Et cetera.
Program
Duration of this activity is approximately 4 hours. You can book this in the afternoon and evening. Times and date in consultation.
Example program is;
18.00 Guests arrive, welcome drink
19.00 Opening party evening
– buffet, barbecue, walking diner, 3 course diner et cetera
20.30 Serving desserts, followed by:
– possibly an activity, such as a quiz or a beer pong, table football, etc.
– Karaoke
21.00 Band or DJ starts
– snacks in between
– possibly an act (Juggler, Magician)
– option Photobo0th, a Greenscreen, a photographer
– possibly a separate cocktail bar, gin tonic bar, rum bar, etc.

Prices on request. The price depends on the size of the group, the location and the total arrangement.
- All prices are excluding VAT. For most indoor activities (sports/game), or activities at a recreational lake, a low VAT rate of 9% applies. For activities outside, in a public space (guided tours, tours, city games, games in nature) the 21% VAT rate applies.
- The price includes our (pre)organization, travel costs, guidance and materials. Team building activities usually end with an award ceremony, including a prize.
- The price is excluding room rental, entrance fees, tickets, AV means, transfers, catering and/or food and drinks, unless stated otherwise. These added options and additional prices will be communicated to you by e-mail.
- Our packages are subject to availability. We reserve our materials, guidance and hospitality options. Request a quotation from us at all times to inquire about the options.
