Namur

Namur is a city in Wallonia, one of the three self-governing regions in Belgium, and it is home to the Wallonian parliament. The city has a total population size of around 110,000 residents. The main language for this region is French, followed by Walloon. Namur is most well-known for its citadel, belfry, cathedrals and its Namur International Festival of Frecnh-Speaking Film, which is held annually. Other events are the Namur cyclo-cross race, which is part of the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup, the ‘’Nam’in’jazz’’ Festival and the Verdur Rock Festival.
