Get to know each other through our interactive and eye-opening Enneagram Teamtraining! We will challenge you and your colleagues through various assignments and themes for which the Enneagram Model is the point of focus. Discover which category you and all your colleagues fall into; are you a perfectionist, a giver, an achiever, an individualist, an investigator, a loyalist, an enthusiast, a challenger or a peacemaker?

During this Enneagram Teamtraining all participants will get a clear insight into their character type and how this translates to their work ethics. The participants will find out what type of behavior they show and what type of persona they portray in the working environment. How does this influence the communication between colleagues? This information will be vital and eye-opening, and it could greatly improve your relationships at work!

In addition, the workshop will consist out of a couple of assignments. These will encompass subjects such as communication, leadership, trust, first impressions, dreams, mental topics, CSR, presentation and culture. Depending on the size of the group and the available timetables, we will organize an optimal workshop for all participants. We guarantee that after the teamtraining you will know more about your colleagues!

Duration of this activity can vary from approximately 2 hours up to a day. You can book this in the morning and afternoon. Times and date in consultation.
